Because organizations and chapters building next year’s budget should not have to sit through a sales call to find out whether they can afford us. If the number does not work for your organization, we would both rather know that upfront.
No. Data migration, configuration, and executive board training are included on every plan. The monthly price is the price.
Nothing breaks and nothing shuts off. We will reach out to move you to the next tier at your next renewal. We do not bill overage charges by surprise.
Yes, and annual billing saves you on the monthly price. Many chapters prefer it because it matches how their budget is actually approved.
Registered nonprofits should contact us as we have room to work with you.
Plans are month to month unless you choose annual billing. Cancel whenever you like, export your full database on the way out at no cost, and there is no termination fee.
No, website design and care plans are quoted separately because they vary so much. Existing Keeper customers get preferential pricing on both.
Card, ACH bank transfer, and check for annual plans. Organizations that need to run a purchase order through nationals can be invoiced.
